Being a product that made up of fulvic and humid acids we can attribute all those benefits to it. My intent for it is to build mineral reserve energy and metabolic spark. I believe virtually everyone should consider this products use in maintenance dosing (1-2 drops daily). It that context it can be used ongoing. I don’t find any real “contraindications” to it. However, those who have a significant parasympathetic overtone/tendency may find it far too stimulating.
